Nick Ruhlow was born and raised in Playa Carrillo, one of Samara's neighboring beach communities. After graduating from college with a degree in Business management and marketing he went on to work for Nike's International Sales department in Costa Mesa, California, gaining valuable knowledge in customer service and account management. Nick now resides in Samara, the place he loves and knows best, and is passionate about helping develop the community that watched him grow.

Scott Bowers helped us to purchase our house in Costa Rica. Scott was very responsive and specific, always answering the phone, or returning phone calls right away. He is a very nice person to work with and he was very professional and amiable when showing us the properties while we were in the country.
