Joe grew up in real estate with Broker parents so it was a natural progression when he first entered the field in 1999. Over 20 years later as an Agent, Manager and Broker/ Owner, Joe still has the passion that first drew him to the industry. He takes great pride in his ability to provide counsel to each client based on their individual needs and goals. He naturally gravitated to real estate investment and development which lends itself well to the Nosara area and the goals of many clients who find themselves considering 2nd home and investment properties.
Growing up in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Joe has lived and worked in Boston, the South Shore and Nantucket. He still returns regularly however, Nosara became his focus after many years of visiting the area. He welcomed the chance to become a part of such a close knit community and is currently involved in many community organizations including serving on the Board of the Bomberos. Joe made the move to Nosara to be able to pursue his career in real estate while living in an area of the world that has long captured his attention and held his heart. The consistently fun surf is a great bonus!
