Kindly be aware that construction activities are ongoing at Become Nosara. To minimize any inconvenience, we offer a discounted rate. You may encounter construction personnel and noise during your stay. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Property Management & Concierge Services
Our property manager is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm. For emergencies outside these hours, assistance is provided from 5 pm to 8 am.
We offer complimentary guest services and concierge assistance to enhance your experience. From surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging rental cars and private chef services, we're here to customize your ideal itinerary.

Security
While Nosara is a wonderful community, petty theft is a concern in tourist areas. We prioritize your safety and can provide guidance to minimize risks during your stay. Security guard services can be arranged at an additional cost for added peace of mind.

Utilities & Wildlife
Please be advised that utility infrastructure in the jungle can be unpredictable, leading to occasional outages in power, phone, and internet services. We recommend disconnecting electronics during rainstorms. Additionally, expect encounters with jungle creatures, though efforts are made to maintain a clean environment.

Refunds & Insurance
Refunds are not provided for natural disasters, water or internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
