Located in the most desirable and quiet (K-Section) area of town, this home sits high up on a hill, feels very private, and offers the rare Nosara trifecta: ocean view and breeze, a short walk to the beach, and a big private piece of land (over one acre). House was rebuilt in 2022 with a bespoke, tropical-modern design with artisanal Costa Rican details. The land has over 500 meters of walking trails right on the property. Pick and enjoy fresh seasonal mangos, lemons, bananas, grapefruit, and starfruit.

When you arrive at Wasi Munay (which means Home of Universal Love to all living things in Quechua) you will enter through custom, double teak doors allowing for great breezes. Inside is the open-plan Great Room for cooking and indoor living, with a special teak-beam, 22-foot ceiling with beautiful geometry. The custom country kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and every kitchen amenity you could ask for. The kitchen has a retractable wall on the poolside leading out to the BBQ area. Step out to the main deck overlooking the tree canopy, which is the main dining area with seating for 10 and outdoor living space. This middle floor also has a master bedroom suite and a guest bedroom. Downstairs, at the pool level, there are two more bedrooms, a library & lounge area on the bottom floor with an ensuite bathroom, and a fire pit area with built-in seating. On the top floor, you will find a spacious deck with an ocean view perfect for your morning workout or yoga session, or an evening sunset cocktail.

Wasi Munay sleeps 10 guests comfortably (but up to 12 guests total). The house has 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, AC, and ceiling fans.

Additionally, the lounge area can be used for up to three single beds.

Wasi Munay is designed for entertaining with many gathering spaces and many areas to relax (living room, lounge, pool, two roof decks, fire pit, and two hanging beds). The amenities include a hot tub and cold plunge, library, private security, 5 days/week house cleaning, concierge service, two outdoor showers, Big Green Egg grill and smoker AND large gas grill, ice machine, full house water filter, and softener, Turkish cotton linens and luxury bath products.
