It was built in 2023 on the site of a former tree nursery and is located directly on a protected area in a quiet dead-end road in the coveted Section K in the heart of Playa Guiones. In a few minutes you can walk to the famous surf beach with breathtaking sunsets.

The very tastefully and individually decorated house has 4 bedrooms with their own indoor/outdoor bathrooms and private terraces. Two bedrooms in the main house have trundle beds for smaller children. The adjoining house has one bedroom, a private bathroom, a balcony, and its own kitchen. Both can accommodate a total of 12 people including children. All bedrooms have AC and the entire house has a modern monitored alarm system.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and you live in an indoor/outdoor living area with a pool for swimming or relaxing and a toddler area for splashing around.

Environmentally correct, this home is one of the few to have a photovoltaic system for energy generation. In addition to a garage, there is also a carport on the property.

Rates of the main house:
- High Season: $6,200 a week // $885 a night
- Low Season: $4,800 a week // $685 a night
- Easter/Thanksgiving: $7,700 a week // $1,100 a night
- Christmas/New Year's: 14,000 a week // $2,000 a night
