Welcome to Villa Paz Shalom!

A luxurious property located on the hills of playa Pelada, Nosara's Northen beach 5 minutes walk from the quiet Pelada beach where the half island is and and 2 minutes walk from Boca de Nosara, the meeting point between Nosara river and the Pacific ocean. In a few more minutes walk our guests can visit Lagarta lodge and the mangrove nature reserve.

The villa is compounded of two houses connected with a small garden as a separation . It has 5 bedrooms in total with all attached bathrooms and toilets.

House 1 has 3 bedrooms(one of which is a spacious master bedroom).

On the first floor you'll find a spacious fully equiped kitchen and a livingroom, watching towards the pool and the lush trees surounding the property, one bedroom with a kind size bed and an exit to the garden and a roofed terrace with a sea view.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed, tv screen a private balcony, a master shower, a walking closet and an outdoor bath tub.

The other room on the second floor has 2 single beds that can be attached to make a king size bed.
On the 3rd floor there is a roofed yoga deck with a mini fridge, sink and a sitting space.

House 2 offers:

A fully equipped kitchen, a living room viewing the pool and the lush trees. On this level there is 1 bedroom with a large balcony and a sofa that opens to a double bed.
On the second floor there is another bedroom with a large balcony and a queen size bed.

When you enter the house through the pedestrian gate you will find an outdoor shower for washing up after the time spent on the beach, private large parking space for few cars and quads, fenced with an electric gate and a fountain.
Between house 1 and 2 there is a small garden with tropical plants and herbs for the use of the guests. Glass walls that can open and close offer the option for privacy between the 2 houses, or to have a big shared space.

When designing Villa Paz Shalom we have envisioned a property that will allow exactly this charectaristic of sharing a space together and having the possibility for privacy and we thought of hosting for example a family of parents and children in the 3 berdrooms unit and the grandparents on the 2 bedroom unit. Or 2 families that wish to spend a holiday together etc.

The whole space size is 700 m2 (2300 feet) and it also fits to host a group of friends or a retreat .

Our philosophy is to offer for our guests to feel at home in a luxurious space, having options and spaces for coming together and create memories of time spent together, with the peace and quiet of having private spaces as well.
Before starting to build we left almost the whole nature as is (we cut only 3 plantation trees), so that the wild life - birds, pisote, monkeys, squirels, are not intimidated and are still around.
When there you can feel and live the tranquility of 'pura vida' jungle life, yet within a luxurious space.
